American Express offers small business owners a number of benefits, from marketing support to a dedicated merchant management team. They wanted to highlight these benefits in a short explainer video that spoke directly to small business owners.

We partnered with agency CX Lavender to bring this concept to life. Our team provided full video production services to produce a compilation of real interviews with small business owners.
The Result.
By putting authentic customer insights at the heart of our creative approach, we were able to frame the benefits of using American Express in a genuine way. The video speaks directly to pain points and ambitions of small business owners to show how American Express can help them.
