To promote the brand new Freestyle Libre2 continuous glucose monitoring system, creative agencies Fat Free & Pre-direction approached us to produce a series of how-to and FAQ videos for consumers.
The videos needed to appeal to both the Asian and Australian market, ensuring that locations and scenes reflected that diverse audience. After we created the videos, we needed to drive potential customers to the website via email marketing – to speak to them about the benefits and features of the new glucose monitoring system and showcase its revolutionary technology.
Our video director worked closely with the agencies to finalise the scripts and storyboards. Then our production team brought the scripts to life, producing in full, the suite of videos. All seven shoots were captured over a single day at one location.
The resulting videos achieved all campaign brief objectives within a limited budget and timeline. Each video clearly illustrates how to use the new technology, illustrating its many exciting benefits in a non-salesy way.
The videos helped successfully launch the brand, while the emails attracted hundreds of new users to the website.
