Launching a new brand is never easy. Rebranding an established national business is even harder. So when the Mycar marketing team were tasked with relaunching Kmart Tyre and Auto Services as Mycar, they needed an agency that could provide strategy, creative and production across a multi-channel campaign – one that would keep existing customers happy, while inspiring new ones to give them a spin.
Let’s be honest; nobody likes getting their car serviced or their tyres replaced. So we tapped into the source of that anxiety on a mission to bring trust, authenticity and value back to the world of automotive repairs and servicing.
With a creative strategy born from an understanding of customer perspectives, we created a campaign that could be executed consistently across all media and advertising channels, with a no-fuss aesthetic and human tone of voice that was free from pushy sales messages or confusing jargon.
