When the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) unveiled its refreshed brand identity, the challenge was clear: define how the new design system comes to life in motion. We created a dynamic motion graphics framework and launch video that introduced the brand’s new visual language—showing how it flexes across platforms, formats, and environments.
We designed motion as a direct extension of the brand identity. Every movement—pace, rhythm, reveal—was anchored in the logic of the new design system. The work didn’t over-animate or decorate; it demonstrated structure and clarity.
-Motion principles: rules for speed, sequencing, and direction grounded in the ASX grid.
-Dynamic brand video: a hero film that demonstrated how the visual identity behaves in real use.
-Scalable system: templates and guidelines adaptable for broadcast, digital, and events.
Our approach went beyond producing a single video. We built a motion language that reinforces the ASX brand wherever it appears.
The brand launch film became the centrepiece of ASX’s rebrand—used internally and externally to introduce the new identity. More importantly, the motion system provided ASX with a repeatable framework for future content, ensuring consistency across all channels. The result: a brand that doesn’t just look refreshed—it moves with purpose, confidence, and scale.
